For the 30mm Sandwich kits of Liderkit Group the sidewalls and frontwall consist of LIDERfoam® panels 30mm thick.
These panels are made of polyester skin reinforced with fiberglass (2 mm thick for both faces) and extruded polystyrene foam as inner core.
This kit has the ”2-pieces profile system”, without external sealing or rivets, which makes the assembly faster and easier.
It is possible to insert all kind of reinforcement in the panels, as well as kickplates and cargo track systems.
There is a sub-type of this model, the so-called SANDWICH PLUS kit, which has got an external polyester skin 2.5 mm thick.
