Remarkable success of Liderkit’s stand in the IAA show 2016 in Hannover

During the well-known International Commercial Show IAA (International Automobil-Ausstellung) 2016, celebrated in the German city of Hannover from 22nd to 29th September, Liderkit’s stand has achieved a remarkable success in terms of professional visitors coming to show their interest for the bodies and products manufactured by the Andalusian company. Some of the companies which have come to the stand to check and see, first-hand, the features and innovative qualities of Liderkit come from Eastern Europe, such as Bulgaria, Slovakia, Poland, Lithuania, Ukraine, and also Russia and South Africa.

Moreover, representatives from Liderkit, staying there during the seven days of the show, made lots of new contacts and held several meetings with companies from all over the world. Some of them already work with Liderkit, such as the Arab PM Dubai or customers from Australia, New Zealand and the United States, among others.

Liderkit in the IAA Show 2016

The Andalusian company, which manufactures box bodies in kits, has shown its model in Sandwich 30 mm, made of light insulating panels, which are famous for their versatility and for allowing any kind of reinforcement. This product includes the Ultralight Subframe, fully made in aluminium and offering up to 46% saving in weight of the vehicle. A one-piece anti-sliding floor was finally placed on it to complete the kit.

The main innovation for this year, which has generated great expectation, was the panels of the body, shown separately and suspended in the air; in order to illustrate the easy way in which the different components of the body could be assembled. In addition, from this stand the new and revolutionary isothermal box body developed by Liderkit has been exhibited, and also a wide range of own-manufactured panels with different compositions.

IAA 2016 Data

International Commercial Show IAA of Hannover has beaten records once again this year, due to the total visitors registered, about 245.000, exceeding the figures of the previous edition in 2014, in spite of having one day less. This edition has been even more international, since the number of foreign stands has reached 61% (59% in 2014) and the number of countries participating in the show has increased up to 52 (45 in 2014). The five best represented countries have been China (with 229 stands), Italy (145), The Netherlands (121), Turkey (92) and France (85).

More than a third of the total amount of stands came from Europe (without including Germany) and one fifth from Asia. We must complete these figures with the fact that one out of three professional visitors comes to this show from abroad (29% in 2014) and, during the busiest days, this figure has risen up to a maximum of 43%.

Next edition of the IAA will be in 2018, from 27th September to 4th October. This is an expected date, in which Liderkit wishes to participate again with a stand sharing its new products with the professional people of the sector.
