Liderkit celebrates 30th anniversary with a rise in turnover of 25% in 2021, and its products arrive in 7 new countries

● This way, the company regains volume of revenues previous to the pandemic situation.

● With a total of 215 workers, Liderkit is already present in 50 countries in the five continents.

The Andalusian company and its truck bodies have closed the first 8 months of this year 2021 with excellent figures. This is a remarkable year, because Liderkit celebrates its 30th anniversary with a very positive evolution and a rise in turnover of 25% compared to 2020, what places company’s revenues at a similar level compared to 2019 before COVID-19 pandemic.

In the forecast for the current year 2021, Liderkit estimated reaching workload in levels of the preceding business year, before the health crisis in 2020, which brought about a drop of 17% in sales due to compulsory production shutdown. Nevertheless, profit margin could be held-up despite those troubled conditions thanks to a proper administration and an efficient resource planning. This way, this initial goal has been reached just in the first eight months of the present year.

In addition, taking a comparative view of the last five years, the company from Jaén has achieved a 20% increase in volume of revenue compared to the figures achieves in 2016. Likewise, annual estimate for 2022 pretend to keep and consolidate this level of recovery of 2021.

Labour force, R&D, and exportation

These good results have had a positive impact on the workforce, because Liderkit has expanded the team up to 215 members in its main production centre in Guarromán (Jaén). The company has made a great effort for reinforcing the R&D Department by taking in young talents who can contribute with new ideas and design solutions applied to new high-tech machinery acquired, which is the other great implementation carried out in latest months.

In this regard, from the Research & Development Department, one of the firmest commitments by Liderkit, which receives an annual inversion of 5% of total revenues, some innovative project lines in the next months. And this year, this department has been awarded with the ‘Innovative SME’ distinction by the Ministry of Science and innovation.

The efforts made by Liderkit to be a world leader in the sector of truck bodies have also brought about a great boost in exportations in 2021, which means 63% of the total turnover, with the inclusion of 7 new countries in the Sales Map, making the company present in more than 50 countries in the 5 continents already.

With Liderkit celebrating its 30th anniversary, the company has opted for renewing the brand image and corporate logo, giving a more actual and aesthetic appearance to the design, and matching the evolution style of its actual bodies, which are now more elegant and sophisticated thanks to top-quality efficient materials used in production. This change in manufacture throughout the three decades of its history justifies the redesign of the brand, coming to show versatility and evolution at a glance.
