Liderkit has the EN-12642 standard for all its box body models; a regulation that determines the compliance with the minimum requirements established for standard (L code) and reinforced (XL code) vehicle bodies. This homologation is becoming more demanding and requested in this field.
This regulation enables to travel, to load and to unload safely on European roads. The reinforced vehicle bodies must meet a series of characteristics concerning the resistance of the structure and the load securing on vehicle. Based on this standard, the arrangement of the body and the materials with which it is made must resist shifting loads, ensuring the vehicle stability.
And not only the box bodies in kits, but also the isothermal bodies have this standard.
